Avalanche DTF powders are designed for professional and industrial use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used under appropriate conditions, including but not limited to:

• Proper temperature and press settings

• Compatible inks and films

• Suitable fabrics and production environments

Avalanche does not guarantee performance outside validated conditions.

3. Product Performance Disclaimer

Due to the nature of DTF production, results may vary depending on:

• Equipment

• Workflow

• Environmental conditions

Avalanche provides technical guidance but does not guarantee identical results across all setups.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices, specifications, and availability may change without prior notice.

Payment terms will be agreed upon separately for B2B transactions.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics conditions.

Avalanche is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

6. Returns and Claims

Any claims regarding product defects must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Customers must provide:

• Batch or lot number

• Production conditions

• Visual or documented evidence

Avalanche reserves the right to evaluate and determine the validity of claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

Avalanche shall not be liable for:

• Production losses

• Reprints

• Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

8. Technical Support

Avalanche may provide recommendations based on experience and testing.

However, final responsibility for production outcomes remains with the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are the property of Avalanche.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
